Don’t Stress! Be Mindful. Sheena Davis, LCSW with over 10 yrs. experience in psychotherapy and a Reiki practitioner guides participants through mindfulness techniques to help manage and decrease stress from work, parenting, relationships, anxiety and sadness. You’ll learn body scanning, mindful walking & eating, thought re-framing, mantras, breathing, movement and learning how to decrease self-judgment.
This will be an interactive class with movement, skill teaching and discussion.
$20 per class
